i used to think you should just ignore evil people.
one time a made a collage that read, leave the murderers alone.
and i meant leave them alone, like if they are alone what harm can they do, maybe
they might self-murder, or implode.
but in my walks i encounter evil folks and i can't ignore them and leave them alone,
they are confrontational. they will fuck you, they will beam their hateful eyes like knives.
you can't ignore evil, it won't go away.
and you can't ignore evil people especially after election.
the story of david and the cyclops goliath is
happening now.
what is fresh to me is that i can counter evil and it sometimes does go away.
what you ignore will metastasize in secret, like government.
this is the disease we live in. the result of turning away is murder in our name, is annihilation of the simple freedoms we may seek on a daily basis. those murders by secret faceless drones and bombs so far away from our sight pierce the heart of freedom, and have nothing to do with democracy, the killing we do daily will not route out terror, it IS terror.
it could be more thoughtful, better said, but i perceive that most americans actually abhor freedom, freedom makes them want to kill.
