Is it rational to believe in the afterlife? Rationalism might say it's not, but human being is highly irrational, while we rationalize everything we think about and do. We act crazy and say we're rational creatures, we act as if there's no afterlife so we can do any damned thing we want to the earth and each other in this life. But that's just the ones who believe only in one short life with no soul and therefore no soul journey. The dumbest thing is even if people think there's no afterlife, there's an afterlife in children and everything that comes after us, so either way you consider, there is an afterlife.
