is this fear? people teach fear to kids and dogs and call themselves good. they are not, they are unconsciously evil, and they set their kids and dogs course for trouble. we have by and large lost any smarts and instincts we had and we need them so. dogs can civilize us if they and we together are able to awaken our lost instinct, our sentience. prejudicial fear is deadly and prevents us from knowing our environment. it blinds us to real danger as well as peace and joy. it is a heinous thing to teach, but i see people doing it regularly, teaching kids to fear dogs, and other people, teaching dogs to fear dogs and people, it's all about avoidance and fear. this is the disaster civilization brings to it's dark heart every moment. fortunately there are others, and many, who have retained somehow their sentience. i adore them.
