i saw this fellow in the morning and he was still there this afternoon. lulu and i were concerned. we went closer to see if it was bug. not bug. i sat on a bench and watched and had a deja vu. in my mind i approached a figure and said are you ok and the figure said yeah. i didn't feel like this guy or the one in my memory was ok. i hope he's ok. when i came back the police were doing a wellness check, they provided water and the tree provided shade. i'll check with chuck at 3.
