dear pat our birder friend reports sadly seeing a coyote killed by car on lake shore drive. the autopilots must all stop, stop now and think about the coyote spirit. just stop. (they won't even stop for a human bicycle, they won't even stop for death.) some of them now stop by the side of the road and lay flowers and cry on their hood. today we all even the unconscious ones mourn the death of one so fine, along with our blighted mourning of the inauguration of one so coarse, the autopilot king.
