i used to think dad was so young when he died, but as i get older i feel more tentative and fragile and i still have 8 years to reach his final age. there's a death talk group i was invited to join but i declined. i'll be tuned into the death channel as i always have been since i was a wee skinny anxious kid. i'm not so anxious now, and i'd like to stick around until i'm a little older than the old man.
