it's not easy but i'm gonna try to find something positive in all this. the only positive i can see of the obamachron is seeing it from above as a little diorama with tiny figures and machines building a dreaded and anticipated ivory tower in the park, a graveyard of trees, improved out of existence, ghosted for progress and private enterprise. the pictures slowly hurtle me through time in the built world, surrounded with construction while people suffer  gentrification, recession, violence and the war economy.
