i've just seen Gasland. even with an awareness of the murderous cynicism of this government, in collusion with the oil and gas industry, i was devastated by how far the marauders have come. the same ones, halliburton etcetera who raped pillaged and plundered the middle east are spread out all over america. they are on people's front lawns, pumping toxic effluvia into the groundwater, soil, the air, into drinking water and into lungs, into blood and breath. there are no agencies protecting us from this onslaught. the government IS the industry. self regulating, free market, which means all life is nothing unless a means to profit. this is not an issue of destruction of wilderness, though it is that, this is destruction of each one of us. they will kill us. they are killing us now.
