they took down the last honey locust by the women's circle garden, and left a little tree that reminds me of the little tree the father and son plant in the sacrifice. that tree was dead, but the little boy waters it with his father's hope, knowing he's dying and the world is in apocalypse. now that's hope.

some trees down there in obamaland have orange fences around them, but i think that may just mean they are marked for "re-purposing".
 
do people think of hope and change when they look upon what obama is doing to the park, or yes, he can? i wonder what the conductor says on the fun time trolley tour.

i think they could finish the killing of the trees in a day at the speed they have set.

i'll be out again tomorrow i hope before the last trees are killed and the tall privacy fences go up. i'm sad as hell and grateful we still have the aerial view.
