a word about extinction rebellion: yeeeedoggies!

damn, i'm proud of the rebellion. a year ago i signed on thinking it a cool idea that would probably be marginalized, or if successful, co-opted, or worse, fizzle out like occupy. well, maybe occupy didn't fizzle, but XR is going wild. it's a brilliant non-violent revolution that ordinary folks everywhere are embracing, dog love 'em. this will affect corporations, hence governments, and maybe even eventually curb the terror campaign of the arms industry.
i just read that the climate is changing ten times faster than in the previous paleolithic extinction. that's the power of global capitalism. there is no other option than to shut it down and begin again with respect for life on earth.
