hmm, i was thinking how i'll feel a rush inside, a wind container and i'm just walking the dog for heaven's sake and it's lovely really but this rush. it is not so easy to settle one's self down. we need not recreate in a hurry though it feels urgent. let us let the urge be slowed. let us have this be a slow urgency.
