i think this is a worker on the park of the oligarch, but they love dogs and somebody's going to do it, so why not a dog lover. it could be worse, they could be a hater. they may even love parks but have to consider making a living, after all, in the capitalist paradigm of the extraction economy. i know what you're thinking.
