there can be one moment in your life where you question reality and  everything is changed. people have a natural sense of justice. it's confounding when people say there's no such thing as evil, like evil is an archaic notion, but they can admit goodness, if it suits them. those who fight for life and justice know there is evil, and don't normalize it by calling it opportunity or free market capitalism, nor imagine it will ever be vanquished, nor will the struggle for a just society end. to begin with, all we have to do is call this what it is, and begin again.
