Say what you will about former President Barack Obama but the man certainly has an appreciation for irony. Only in American media could a man present himself as the new chief advocate for public green spaces at the same time his presidential center is fending off litigation intended to stop its bulldozing of a historic park. Specifically, this week Netflix is launching Mr. Obama’s televised call for conservation right on the heels of the Obama center’s latest courtroom victory over conservationists.
