today was the last day with comet, unless i meet them in the winter garden in the morning. i've been loving being with him these days. i don't know if i will recall, i think i will, when i put my nose behind his ear his scent was lovely. he was so happy to be back home. he went from bed to couch to couch to bed and the back window and the front. we can see his body changing, and feel his acceptance. he's home now, now he can go. it goes without saying i'll miss my buddy so.
