i didn't say anything before as i wanted to be positive but i can now. the vet called the day before comet was released to say they can still do an amputation and buy him a couple months. it made me mad, and still does, so i want to say the vet doesn't always have us or our dogs best interest in mind. it's an emotional thing, dying, and it can be a vulnerable time. be a critical thinker regarding your vet, listen to your heart, and most importantly, listen to your dog. your heart is like your inner dog.
