we're living an emergency we can't respond to. now my own skin is an emergency. i can't respond to. i've never, we've never been here before, have we? i've never. this is unprecedented. we don't know what is happening. we don't know how to respond. i know it's not rational. i suffer the world, i suffer my skin. i know my skin is not the world, nor the world my skin. my skin is the skin of my inner world, meeting the atmosphere of the outer world. i don't know how to respond to the skin, or the other world, i'm in.
