there is more of so many things like storms and droughts and fires and terror wars and cars and jails and humans with personal devices, and less and less happiness and wild creatures.
a shrink asked, do you have any euphoria? well, no...but some 'lightness' of being, despite the anxiety wash, yes. that's a side effect. 
funny, happiness is a side effect of the drug. when does that wear off? might have to adjust our dose for the right side effect. 
when so many many things are not right what can we do. something simple, i know it's something simple, usually, something lost to experience. like the first snow, the kid in the first snow ever.
