we met winnie the sweetest greyhound and walked 63rd street beach (much less trash than 57th, and new marsh grass planting) and then to our belloved island for the last walk perhaps before it is closed for construction. we talked about neurological disorders and system failure, about the late anthropocene and the sixth mass extinction and winnie's dad the anthropologist said i don't think about That much, i'm more an archeological anthropologist. i can't deal with today, today i'm just scared a won't find tenure. eerily warm and scarce of birds, save for the ubiquitous squalor of geese and their dog size turdage. all and all a lovely day, nb br who says i complain too fucking much.
